THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEAT FROM THE DEFROSTER CAUSED THE REAR WINDOW TO FRACTURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 22,000. UPDATED 12/22/14 UPDATED 9/28/2015
