MY PASSENGER SIDE REAR WINDOW SHATTERED YESTERDAY IN MY 2011 F150 WITH $87,500 MILES ON IT! THE LIGHT ON THE REAR DEFROST BUTTON HAS RECENTLY QUIT WORKING. ANYWAYS IT WAS POURING RAIN YESTERDAY WHEN I LEFT MY HUNTING CLUB AND MY WINDOWS WERE FOGGED UP. I PUSHED THE BUTTON TO SEE IF THE LIGHT WOULD MAGICALLY START WORKING AND IT DIDN'T. AFTER THAT I FORGOT ABOUT IT UNTIL 3/4 OF THE WAY HOME WHEN I HEARD A LOUD POP LIKE A ROCK HITTING THE WINDSHIELD. SHORTLY THEREAFTER I NOTICED THE REAR GLASS LOOKED LIKE A SPIDER WEB. ANYWAYS I TOOK IT TO MY LOCAL DEALERSHIP WHO IS USUALLY GOOD ABOUT HELPING ME OUT BUT THEY SAID FORD WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING AND TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO A AUTO GLASS STORE. THE TEMPERATURE OUT SIDE WAS 47 DEGREES F AND IT WAS RAINING WHEN IT OCCURRED.
