TL CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE DEFROSTER FOR THE REAR WINDSHIELD WAS ACTIVATED, THE REAR WINDSHIELD SHATTERED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49,900.
