THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE GLASS SHATTERED OUTWARDLY. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT ANY IMPACT TO THE VEHICLE. THE REAR DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE SEATS WERE OCCUPIED; HOWEVER, THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 54,000. UPDATED 06/14/16
