THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME MY VEHICLE HAS HAD AN SRS FAULT. REPAIR DEALER: BOB THOMAS FORD, 310 W COLISEUM BLVD, FORT WAYNE, IN 46805 VEHICLE PURCHASED FROM A FORD DEALER IN WEST LAFAYETTE, INDIANA IN MARCH 2014 WITH APPROXIMATELY 22K MILES AND UNDER WARRANTY. VEHICLE HAD BEEN UNDER A FOMOCO LEASE AGREEMENT. 2011 FORD F-150 XLT VIN# [XXX] CURRENT MILEAGE (9/11/2017): 83610 8/3/2015 MILEAGE: 45736 INVOICE NUMBER: [XXX] DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT PRE-TENSIONER REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. 10/28/2015 MILEAGE: 50687 INVOICE NUMBER: [XXX] 1. HIGH RESISTANCE IN DRIVER SIDE WIRING. 2. CLEANED CONNECTOR AND RESEATED. 3. NO PARTS. I WAS CHARGE $236.99 AND I STILL CONTEND THIS WAS A WARRANTY ISSUE AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED. 5/2/2016 MILEAGE: 57414 INVOICE NUMBER: [XXX] PASSENGER SIDE PRE-TENSIONER REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. ON APRIL 29, 2016, I CONTACTED FORD MOTOR COMPANY CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND OPENED A CASE CONCERNING THESE SRS PROBLEMS WITH THIS VEHICLE. TIME: 3:15 PM CASE# [XXX] AGENT: [XXX] VEHICLE SAFETY IS A RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER. I AM GETTING READY TO GO ON VACATION THE END OF THIS WEEK AND I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THIS ISSUE FIXED ASAP, PLEASE. IN THE LAST 20+ YEARS I HAVE NEVER OWNED A VEHICLE THAT HAS HAD THIS MANY ISSUES, CONCERNING THE SAFETY RESTRAINT SYSTEM. I CONTACTED FORD CUSTOMER RELATION AGAIN THIS MORNING AND HAVE A REF NUMBER [XXX] I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL CARS WITH SRS DURING THE LAST 25+ YEARS AND NOT HAD THIS MANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY VEHICLE I HAVE OWNED.
