THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 JEEP WRANGLER EQUIPPED WITH FEDERAL COURAGIA A/T TIRES, SIZE: 265/75R16. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE VEHICLE VIBRATED AND MADE A LOUD NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A MECHANIC, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE TIRES WERE NOT REPLACED. THE VIN WAS EXCLUDED FROM NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13T003000 (TIRES). THE TIRES HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
