THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 JEEP WRANGLER. WHILE TRAVELING BETWEEN 55-65 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHOOK UNCONTROLLABLY. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED BEFORE OR AFTER THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO I.G. BURTON CHEVROLET OF MILFORD (793 BAY RD, MILFORD, DE) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STABILIZER FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 84,000.
