THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HORN BECAME INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO VAUGHN MOTORS (1102 NW MAIN STREET, BUNKIE, LA 71322) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BATTERY CAUSED THE VEHICLE'S COMPUTER TO BECOME INOPERABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 9,876.
