THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 HYUNDAI SONATA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING COLUMN MADE AN ABNORMAL NOISE AND FELT LOOSE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 26,000.
