The subject seats were originally manufactured solely for purposes of retail display and not to be sold at retail. Therefore, the seats were packaged without the instruction manual or the required registration card. However, the seats were inadvertently shipped to Evenflo's institutional customers (i.e. hospitals, government agencies) to be given to families.
