TIRES FAILED TO MEET HIGH SPEED REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 109, NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES. TESTS RESULTED IN TREAD SEPARATION ON A MAJORITY OF THE TIRES.
