Problem: CERTAIN AFTERMARKET MICHELIN BFGOODRICH, UNIROYAL, LIBERATOR, MEDALIST, PHANTOM, AND PROSPECTOR BRAND TIRES MANUFACTURED BETWEEN APRIL 11 AND APRIL 24, 2004.
