I have a 2006 pacifica and I have had only trouble with it. The steering column wants to lock up while going down road,. I have to stop put it in park shut off engine and try again. I have taken it to dealer and thety said it was the transmission. That was two weeks ago and already it is doing the same thing. I have two small children and I thought I had a reliable car, evidently not. After this is paid for I will not buy me another chrysler car. As for dealer repair thats a joke here at Ft Bragg

My 2006 Chrysler Pacifica has probelms with the ABS light keeps coming on and going off and the sensors have already been replaced. It does make a wierd gringing and jerking motion just before the light comes on but not always sometimes it will just come on as I am traveling without any warning.

Do you drive a 2006 CHRYSLER PACIFICA?

Just because a car has been recalled does not mean it is not a reliable car. Millions of cars get recalled every year. Recalls often involve problems that are rare but could cause a serious problem if they occur. So the risk to any given driver is often remote, even though there may be a few high-profile incidents traced to the problem.
