After reading further, I believe my 2000 Nissan Sentra GXE has been affected by the ECM box which is causing a crank problem/ and the dealer in Temple, TX does not care and will not fix this properly. Plese do what you can to help, or assist me in getting the dealer to take care of this issue.

I drive a 2000 Nissan Sentra with 127,000 miles on it . I have had a great deal of difficulty with the dealership in Temple, TX. Took this car to them with a crank problem. My mechanic said it was a sensor issue and the dealer should be able to fix it. Instead they charged me for a fuel pump, alternator and battery. Car still does not run well. They say it is not their fault and I need a new car. The IAC problem that Auto Zone ran a code on is still coming up. This is the same code that showed up when I took the car to them the first time. Please offer any help that you can.

Do you drive a 2000 NISSAN SENTRA?

Just because a car has been recalled does not mean it is not a reliable car. Millions of cars get recalled every year. Recalls often involve problems that are rare but could cause a serious problem if they occur. So the risk to any given driver is often remote, even though there may be a few high-profile incidents traced to the problem.
