2017 HEIL CARGO TANK Recall - SERVICE BRAKES, AIR Problem: Burch Tank and Truck (Burch) is recalling certain 2017 Heil Cargo tank trailers, equipped with MPA/MTA suspensions and Meritor EX225 brakes.
