THE SPEED CONTROL SENSOR ON THE MANUAL TRANSMISSION FAILED AT 68,000 MILES. THE ENGINE IDLES AT 1300 RPM. THIS IS A SAFETY PROBLEM AND SHOULD BE RECALLED.
