PROBLEMS WITH MALFUNCTIONING DRIVE TRAIN AND OR TRANSMISSION. THE CONSUMER RELEASED THE BRAKE AND ATTEMPTED TO PLACE HIS FOOT ON THE GAS AND THE VAN ROLLED BACKWARDS. THIS OCCURRED ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, ONE OF WHICH THE VEHICLE ALMOST STRUCK THE CONSUMERS FOUR YEAR OLD CHILD. (THE SECOND INCIDENT OCCURRED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE DRIVE POSITION) THE FRONT BRAKE PADS WERE WORN OUT AND THE ROTORS WERE MACHINED.
