- THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 MERCEDES E320. THE VEHICLE HAD FULLWAY FULDA TIRES, TIRE SIZE 245/35Z/R2095. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH THE REAR DRIVER SIDE TIRE EXPLODED WITHOUT WARNING. THE TIRES EXHIBITED CRACKS WITHIN A PERIOD OF FOUR MONTHS OF PURCHASE. THE CONTACT SAID THAT HE WAS INFORMED BY THE TIRE AUTO SHOP THAT THERE IS A NO TREAD WARRANTY BECAUSE THE TIRES WORN QUICKLY.
