Complaint - Seats

CAPTAIN CHAIRS ON LARIAT PICK-UP ARE UNACCEPTABLE. THE SEATS APPEAR TO HAVE A T SHAPED SUBSTRUCTURE, WHICH IS PRESSING UP INTO WHERE THE PASSENGERS' BUTTOCK REST. I CAN BEST DESCRIBE IT AS SITTING ON A HARD BICYCLE SEAT. DEALER AND FORD INDICATE THAT THIS IS NOT A DEFECT. IT IS A DESIGN ISSUE AND WILL NOT ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY.
