2005 CHEVROLET MALIBU. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER RECALL. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE STALLED, AS SHE WAS ARRIVING AT A BUSY INTERSECTION. THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE TOWED, BECAUSE THE SHE WAS UNABLE TO RE-START THE VEHICLE. ACCORDING TO THE INVOICE, THE IGNITION CYLINDER WAS REPLACED.
