I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE STREET AT APPROXIMATELY 25 MILES PER HOUR AND LOST THE ABILITY TO ACCELERATE. THE ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL LIGHT CAME ON. I TURNED THE CAR OFF AND BACK ON AND THE CAR DROVE NORMALLY FOR ABOUT A MILE, AND THEN BEHAVED THE SAME WAY. I WENT TO THE DEALER FOR AN INSPECTION A MONTH AFTER PURCHASING THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THE PERFORM SERVICE INDICATOR WAS DISPLAYED, THE ONLY SUGGESTION WAS TO FIX MOTOR MOUNTS. THE BATTERY DIED ON ME A WEEK LATER, AND NOW THE CAR IS LOSING POWER WHILE I'M IN TRAFFIC. THE VEHICLE IS TURNING INTO A MONEY PIT.
