THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE EXHIBITED DIFFICULTY IN ACCELERATION AND DECELERATION POWER. THE VEHICLE WOULD RESPOND TO ACCELERATION ATTEMPTS WITH A DELAY. ADDITIONALLY, THE CHECK ENGINE, EPS AND BRAKE WARNING LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.
