TL CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THEY RECEIVED NHTSA RECALL CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 10V656000 (SUSPENSION: REAR: AXLE: SPINDLE) AND WAS TOLD BY THE DEALER IT WOULD TAKE 7-8 MONTHS BEFORE THE REPAIR COULD BE DONE BECAUSE THE PARTS WERE ON BACK ORDER. THE CONTACT SPOKE TO THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS TOLD DUE TO THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES IN PRODUCTION, THEY WOULD ONLY BE ABLE TO SEND OUT A CERTAIN NUMBER OF PARTS TO DEALERSHIPS PER MONTH. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 5,618.
