Purchased vehicle brand new 1/31/26. Went for my first tire rotation and oil change (4600 miles) on 8/24/26. Inspection found wires coming from the inside wall of tire (the interior portion of tire). Service advisor said it was not covered because it’s wear and tear. The damage is not on the tread. The damage is not on the exposed part of tire. I had to purchase a new tire and was advised by the installer that this is a manufacture defect.

Received a low pressure warning and got off the freeway at the next exit, less than 1/2 mile. Unable to stop on freeway. Before even changing lanes the tire blew out all pressure, total failure. Within 15 seconds of low pressure warning. Stopped immediately after exiting freeway and observed the tire was shredded (see pictures).

The Original Equipment (OE) Bridgestone Alenza Sport A/S 255/50R20 105H M+S tires on my brand new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder suffer from groove wander on roads in which grooves are cut into them to mitigate hydroplaning in rainy conditions. The geometric design, tread design incompatibility, or structural irregularities of these tires cause severe groove wander and impair safe handling. Groove wander causes the vehicle to follow road grooves involuntarily, which is a handling defect that compromise driver control. Groove wander causes the vehicle to rapidly swerve from side to side, and in the case of my vehicle, feel as if the rear end is "fishtailing" and raising off the pavement. This condition is a safety hazard, especially at highway and interstate speeds or in inclement weather. Groove wander does not allow the vehicle to operate safely, causing the driver to constantly correct the involuntary path of the vehicle on such roads. The driver's and others' safety are at risk if the driver is unable to quickly correct the path of the vehicle and keep the vehicle in the lane of traffic to avoid lane departure into another vehicle or object. The problem has not been reproduced or confirmed by both the Nissan dealer from I bought the vehicle and a local Bridgestone/Firestone service center because both are unwilling to do so. Both have refused to accompany me on a test drive on Interstate 90 where this occurs because this road is approximately 12 miles one way from their locations (their claim it is too far away; if it was only 5 miles, they would be willing to do this). The tires have been visually inspected by both companies, and naturally both have found nothing wrong with the tires (normal wear at this time). Visually inspecting he tires will not diagnose the issue, and a test ride needs to be completed to document this issue - again both Nissan and Bridgestone refuse to do this. Other brand tires on other vehicles I own do not suffer groove wander.

235/50/20 104T MFD: 0223 & 5022 (both on the front) Driven less than 15,000 miles so far. Started having this issue around 10k miles. Will have to swap soon before a major accident occurs due to tire failure and checking almost all the boxes that are below. I have no words to describe and neither does the firestone employee. I am attaching pictures. Chunks of tread are coming off from all around the tire. Inside, outside, 360 degree. In the picture you'll see how much tread there is and see how deep the chunks are. This is a major safety issue. I have 2 other tires same model but from 2024 MFD without issue. Please contact ASAP about this at [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

My 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition came with these Bridgestone Alenza Sport A/S tires. They tramline horrendously on grooved concrete roads (most interstates where I live) to the point of being extremely dangerous. The vehicle jerks side to side to where it is throwing the vehicle off balance at highway speeds and this also causes nausea for the driver and passengers. The tires have exhibited this behavior since the vehicle was brand new and a quick google search turned up numerous reports of others experiencing the same tramlining behavior.

Tires have 3k miles . For the past 2 weeks, we have had a slow leak. Must refill air every 3 days. Spent one day at Tire Kingdom, but they could not detect anything. Then the Acura Dealer says there is a leak, but can't find it. We have no choice but to purchase a new tire. This is wrong - th I am retired on a fixed income and must buy a tire for a 3-month-old vehicle!

The tire right side behind the passenger sit just blow off when I was driving in the exit 232, I 15 with direction to South, Antelope DR. When that happened without any sign that the tire showed any issue at all, I was afraid that could happen when I drive in a highway by 75 miles by hour. For that reason, I replace the four tires.
