Prime-Time Specialty Vehicles (Prime-Time) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Ford Med Transit vans equipped with Q'Straint Max wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
The recall was influenced by the Office of Defects Investigation with about 12 units affected.

- Prime-Time Specialty Vehicles (Prime-Time) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Ford Med Transit vans equipped with Q'Straint Max wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
- Consequeces:
- An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
- Corrective action:
