Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2019-2022 Seneca, Seneca Prestige, Entegra Accolade and Accolade XL motorhomes. The tire valve stem extension for the inner wheel may come into contact with the outer wheel rim opening and become damaged.

The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 2,643 units affected.

Description:: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2019-2022 Seneca, Seneca Prestige, Entegra Accolade and Accolade XL motorhomes. The tire valve stem extension for the inner wheel may come into contact with the outer wheel rim opening and become damaged.
Consequeces:: Damage to the valve stem extension may result in a loss of tire pressure of the inner wheel, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective action:: Daimler Trucks North America, LLC will remove the inner valve stem extension and stabilizer, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 28, 2022. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is FL912 21V-921.

2023 ENTEGRA ACCOLADE Complaints
The mud flaps installed in front of the rear wheels were only fastened at the outer side of the mud flap. The metal subframe has holes for fasteners, however, there is NO evidence that ANY fasteners have ever been attached on the top of the mud flap frame to secure it properly. This results in the mud flaps swinging in and rubbing against the inner tire on both sides of the vehicle. Based on the draft under the vehicle this rubbing can be relatively constant at highway speed. Our vehicle has approximately 18,000 miles on it as our use model results in lots of highway travel. The damage to the tires was noted by the dealer when the unit was in for an unrelated item. The passenger side inner rear tire has been severely damaged by the metal frame for the mud flap wearing into the tread on the tire. Both side mud flaps are significantly worn away. The safety aspect of this is that the tires are being damaged/compromised and may result in a failure at highway speed which could result in damage to the vehicle, other vehicles, injuries or possibly even death of occupants. As this is a failure in manufacturing/assembly and/or quality of build review, it may be widespread across the Entegra (manufactured by Jayco) Accolade and sister models of the Jayco Seneca. This deficiency may also not be noticed by many owners until long after the original warranty period, resulting in significant cost that is really the result of OEM manufacturing/assembly failures. Recommend that ALL related models - Accolade / Seneca on similar chassis must be inspected and the installation corrected as required.;
2023 JAYCO SENECA Complaints
It appears that the propane furnace broke loose from the vehicle frame and fell into the frame area of the RV. This was used for less than an hour where the vented heat started to burn the RV. I noticed afterwards when I went to check on something else the damage. I feel pretty confident that had I not turned it off, it would have resulted in possible fatalities, since the furnace was just underneath the bed slide. As you can see from the pictures the furnace broke loose from the frame and was no longer attached directly on either the sides or top. Additionally, there is a crack in the hard plastic case that contains the furnace, possibly where it is attached to frame as well. I have included pictures and have an appointment with a Jayco repair facility. I did speak with the Jayco manufacturing representative in Middlebury, IN. After reviewing my pictures and consultation with his bosses the gentlemen I spoke with told me not to bring it to them, that a Jayco repair facility near me will fix it, it is a warranty item.
