Description FRONT AND REAR SEAT BELTS FAILED TO COMPLY WITH FMVSS 210 LOAD TEST.
Consequences SEAT OCCUPANTS FACE INCREASED RISK OF INJURY IN THE EVENTOF A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT.
Corrective action REPLACE WASHERS AND BACKER PLATES FOR PEDESTALS, AND FURNISH PROPER SEAT BELT BAR BRACKETS AND BOLTS FOR THE SEAT BELT BAR.
Notes SYSTEM: SAFETY BELT ANCHORAGE; FMVSS 210.VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: FULL SIZED VAN CONVERSIONS BUILT ON CHEVROLET C20, GMC 2500, AND FORD 150 CHASSIS.
