Description TIRES DO NOT CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES". THE INVOLVED TIRES MAY DEVELOP SEPARATIONS IN THE SHOULDER AREA IN USAGE.
Consequences
Corrective action THE DEALER WILL REPLACE DEFECTIVE TIRES WITH NEW ONES AT NO COST TO OWNER WITHIN 60 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION.
