2022 FORD BRONCO Complaints

Brake components showing signs of failure at 28,000 miles on both front and rear brakes. Safety placed at risk given speed and general use of vehicle which includes passengers. This includes grinding stops, increasing foot pressure used to stop car, and under certain conditions reconsidering use of vehicle. Ford dealership inspected vehicle and is aware of issue and noted TSB (T25-2438) in service visit diagnosis. No warning lights present. Signs first appear as increased brake dust covering rim and tire areas, increasingly loud grinding and squealing of brakes whether in drive or reverse. No remedy provided by Ford despite low mileage and understanding that the issue is not normal wear and tear on vehicle.

Windshield is leaking water/rain inside vehicle. I have it at All American Ford Old Bridge,NJ, for 15 days now and they want to charge me portion $256.76 plus tax. BUt, the Bronco has recall 222c12 or 25C52. I was willing to pay not knowing that there as a recall but they said if it breaks or cracks or chips while doing work they are not responsible to cover new windshield. please advise. They show on Ford recall website the recall complete, but my windshield was never removed, resealed and reinstalled. So that is a lie/fraud on All American Ford part. Please help. I have 2 other major issues with Bronco as well which are recalls that they made me pay for or did not resolve as of yet. I already paid for a middle roof panel and now front passenger roof panel must be replaced (recall 26S32) and they say it is not part of recall. And, the safety concern is the car just turned off on major highway 2 different episods one in May on NJ Turnpike I was almost hit from behind and the other was on Route 35 in Seaside Park, NJ in August. Same dealership said they can't experience it so they cannot diagnose and repair it. It is the fuel pump/loss of power issue #26V236000. the car has to be restarted and there is no warning. I am very worried about this.

Fender flares (2) have detached. Flare 1: Passenger side, front wheel - it flew off while driving. Flare 2: Partially breaking / cracking off - on the drivers side, back wheel.

The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 25V455000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE) and 26V468000 (ENGINE, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); however, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.

My vehicle is subject to NHTSA Recall 25V467 / Ford Recall 25S76 for a fuel injector that may crack and leak fuel into the engine compartment, creating a risk of fire. The recall was issued in July 2025 and remains open more than a year later. Ford has provided an interim PCM software update intended to detect a leaking injector and mitigate the fire risk, but this does not replace the defective fuel injectors and the recall remains open. Ford states that a final remedy is still being developed / is not currently available for my vehicle. I am concerned about the length of time this safety defect has remained without an available permanent repair. The vehicle continues to be operated while subject to a known fuel-leak and underhood-fire risk, and I do not have the ability to have the defective components permanently repaired despite the recall having been open since July 2025. I am requesting that NHTSA review the delay in Ford providing the final remedy for Recall 25V467. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. I have not experienced a fuel leak, fire, crash, or injury at this time.

Loss of power or acceleration randomly, when pressing on the pedal. A recall was issued that it was a fuel pump failure June of 2025. One year and two months later there is still no solution to this recall. I am mostly submitting this covering all bases and am filing a complaint with Ford motor company as well. This is a serious safety concern as without warning the car basically dies so turning in front of oncoming traffic or pulling out onto a road poses great risk when the vehicle may cease functioning.

The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V467000 (Fuel System, Gasoline); however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the contact was informed that the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact was advised to take the vehicle to the dealer if the vehicle experienced the failure. The manufacturer was contacted. The contact had not experienced a failure.

Locking device to secure car seat to the base broke, on this REPLACEMENT infant car seat. Graco Case #49771285, 10/19/25 (I no longer have pictures or videos of defective car seat, Graco should have them on file. The infant seat was returned to Graco QA, the Graco replaced it with current defective car seat on 10/24/25). Current Graco infant car seat Case # 5195437 with Reference # 520230003. I have pictures of this one. In addition, our daughter gave us her back up car seat to use with her son, the one we bought the above car seats for. This SSME & 3rd infant car seat had the SAME DEFECT! We asked Graco to RECALL these seats. They said they don’t make them any longer. We requested a recall again and said we would also be submitting a report of defect to NHTSA, this is it. We are concerned for the safety of thousands of infants nationwide that are still using these infant car seats. PLEASE follow up with Graco AND recall these infant car seats. Both the valve included in Ford's TSB 24-2185 and the clutch pack included in TSB 26-2328 both defaulted in the vehicle, causing debris and metal shavings to accumulate in the RDU which resulted in pitting of the gears and parts. This has resulted in a complete RDU replacement. The vehicle has only 65,700 miles.

There is a manufacture recall for the low pressure fuel pump malfunctioning #25S75/NHTSA#25V455. There has been no action by the manufacturer to remedy this issue in a timely manner. This issue has been ongoing for over 1 year now with no corrective measures.
