Problem: CERTAIN AFTERMARKET MICHELIN BFGOODRICH, UNIROYAL, LIBERATOR, MEDALIST, PHANTOM, AND PROSPECTOR BRAND TIRES MANUFACTURED BETWEEN APRIL 11 AND APRIL 24, 2004. THE TIRES WILL MANIFEST A LACK OF ADHESION BETWEEN THE STEEL BELT CORDS AND THE SURROUNDING RUBBER MATRIX WHICH COULD LEAD TO A TREAD/BELT DETACHMENT.Recall Details - 9/28/2004
