3/26/2015 - Robert B
I bought the car on 3/25/2015 from a consignment dealer whom when I called to see the vehicle he was cool with it. But 5 minutes later he called me back to have me come in 15 minutes later because his mechanic had to look at the car for some reason. One day later while driving the car the airbag light came on. I don't know if they did something to turn the light off or it just happened seems strange to me. The car has 54000 miles on it. I also paid $5200 for the car. Is there a recall yet on the airbag?

Do you drive a 2000 LINCOLN LS?

Just because a car has been recalled does not mean it is not a reliable car. Millions of cars get recalled every year. Recalls often involve problems that are rare but could cause a serious problem if they occur. So the risk to any given driver is often remote, even though there may be a few high-profile incidents traced to the problem.
