Problem: THESE DOREL JUVENILE GROUP (DJG) CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS, MANUFACTURED FROM MARCH 15 TO AUGUST 1, 2002 WITH 6 PANEL WELLINGTON WEBBING HARNESSES, FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 213, "CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS."
