MY FAMILY AND I WERE GIVEN A DEFECTIVE CHILD CAR SEAT WHEN WE RENTED WITH BUDGET RENT A CAR. THEY HAVE STICKERS ON THE INSIDE WINDSHIELD THAT MENTIONS THAT ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF FIVE MUST BE SEATED IN CAR SEATS. THE CAR SEAT WAS DEFECTIVE AND WE WERE NOT OFFERED ANOTHER ONE, THUS PUTTING OUR ONE YEAR OLD CHILD IN A SAFETY HAZARD. I HAVE SENT THREE CERTIFIED LETTERS TO BUDGET, BUT NO RESPONSE.
