TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 HONDA ODYSSEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE CHECK ENGINE AND THE TRACTION CONTROL WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AS THE VEHICLE LOST ACCELERATION POWER. THE CONTACT APPLIED THE BRAKE PEDAL BUT THE BRAKES SEIZED AND THE CONTACT MOMENTARILY LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO HAVE A DIAGNOSTIC PERFORMED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 50,000. UPDATED 03/11/14
