THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY BECAME STUCK IN THE IGNITION AND FAILED TO RELEASE, LEAVING THE VEHICLE RUNNING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 14V567000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) HOWEVER, THE PARTS NEEDED WERE UNAVAILABLE TO PERFORM THE REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 91,000.

THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER 300. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START THE IGNITION, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, THE VEHICLE STARTED AND WAS ABLE TO BE DRIVEN BEFORE STALLING. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MODULE AND STARTER RELAY WERE REPLACED. THE FAILURE RECURRED AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER. THE SAME REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V567000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); HOWEVER, THE PARTS WERE UNAVAILABLE TO PERFORM THE REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. CONTINENTAL CONTI-PRO CONTACT TIRES P225-60R18 99H TOOK CAR IN FOR VALVE JOB AND WHILE DRIVING HOME THE FRONT END WAS SHAKING. TOOK BACK AND WAS DUE TO BAD TIRES, STEEL BELT COMING THROUGH ON FRONT CONTINENTAL CONTI PRO CONTACT TIRES. THE TIRES HAD AT LEAST ANOTHER 20,000 MILES WEAR LEFT ON THEM. THIS WAS THE SECOND SET OF TIRES (NOT ORIGINAL TIRES) ON THIS VEHICLE SO SHOULD HAVE LASTED LONGER THAN THIS. TIRE DEFECT??

THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIRELESS IGNITION NODE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 47,000.

MY CHRYSLER 300 OIL DIPSTICK COULDN'T BE REMOVE TO CHECK OIL LEVEL. DIPSTICK IS MADE OUT OF PLASTIC AND BY IT BEING EXPOSE TO HIGH TEMP STICK SEIZE IN IT'S HOLDER AND COULDN'T BE REMOVE WITHOUT IT BREAKING. CHRYSLER KNOWS ABOUT THIS DEFECT AND STILL WANT TO CHARGE IT CUSTOMERS 90.00 TO FIX THE PROBLEM, WHICH MIGHT HAPPEN AGAIN BECAUSE THE NEW DIPSTICK IS MADE OF PLASTIC ALSO
