DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE UPPER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY ON THE POWER SEATS. THE RECALL BEGAN ON JULY 20, 2004. OWNERS SHOULD CONTACT FORD AT 1-800-392-3673. |

I have a 2004 Thunderbird with less than 30,000 miles. I love this car it was a gift when I turned 50 from my husband. I will take it to my ford dealership in Wmbg, Va. I am concerned about the power seat welding recall, as I take my daughters with me quite often.
