I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey and I had the 30,000 mile service today. I have 29,500 miles on my car. The service tech told me that I should have my water pump and timing belt replaced. No problems..just do it due to the age...any comments?

we own a 2007 odyssey with 51000 miles. just had the brake problem fixed along with the new fix for the transmission shudder, picked up the van on thursday and since friday the drivers side slider has been acting up, not opening all the way and closing and not able to even use it manually.called the dealer today nad they say this is a coincidence,i think not. i feel like i own a piece of junk.

Do you drive a 2007 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Just because a car has been recalled does not mean it is not a reliable car. Millions of cars get recalled every year. Recalls often involve problems that are rare but could cause a serious problem if they occur. So the risk to any given driver is often remote, even though there may be a few high-profile incidents traced to the problem.
