FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM

4/17/2015 - FRIENDSWOOD, TX
WE BROUGHT THE CAR IN SEVERAL TIMES TO COMPLAIN THAT NOT ONLY DID THE INSIDE OF THE CAR ALWAYS SMELL LIKE FUEL, BUT THE DRIVER AND ALL HER CLOTHES SMELLED LIKE FUEL. WE WERE TOLD THEY COULD NOT FIND ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR. I FIND IT IRONIC THAT YEARS AFTER THE FACT, VOLVO CONTACTS US TO TELL US THERE IS A FUEL PROBLEM. WE NO LONGER OWN THE CAR, NOR WOULD WE EVER BUY ANOTHER VOLVO AGAIN, DUE TO THE LACK OF CONCERN AND HELP WE RECEIVED WHEN OWNING THIS VEHICLE. WE TRIED SPEAKING TO VARIOUS EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE PERSONAL, BUT WE GOT NO WHERE. SINCERELY, [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
