DT: THE CONSUMER OWNS A 2005 LINCOLN TOWN CAR. SHE STATES THAT THE WAY THE FRONT SEAT BELT BUCKLE IS LOCATED IN THE SEAT IT CAUSES HER RIGHT LEG TO GO NUMB. IN THE OTHER VEHICLES THAT SHE OWNED THE SEAT BELT BUCKLE WAS BESIDE THE SEAT NOT IN IT. SHE CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY STATED THAT THIS IS JUST THE WAY THE VEHICLES WERE MADE. THEY ALSO INDICATED THAT THE SEAT BELT BUCKLE WAS PUT IN THE SEAT BECAUSE OF THE SIDE AIR BAG. THE DEALERSHIP WILL NOT CORRECT THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE OF THE SAFETY FACTORS AND REGULATIONS FOR THE VEHICLE.
