TL- THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BUICK LUCERNE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V355000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) HAD EXCEEDED THE REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR REPAIR. THE DEALER INITIALLY STATED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE AND THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE A SECOND LATER. WEEKS LATER, THE CONTACT RECEIVED THE LETTER. NOTIFYING HIM THAT THE PARTS WHERE AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT THEN REACHED OUT TO THE DEALER. THEY STATED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS AND TO CALL BACK NOVEMBER 2014 AND "MAYBE" THEY WOULD HAVE THE PARTS AVAILABLE. FRUSTRATED THE CONTACT REACHED OUT THE MANUFACTURER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. LUCKILY, THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED THE FAILURE. AZ
