ELECTRICAL SYSTEM | 3/7/2016 - PIEPONT, OH THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR WINDOW WOULD NOT CLOSE AND THE DOOR LOCKS RANDOMLY LOCKED AND UNLOCKED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ELECTRICAL DOOR MECHANISM WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. IN ADDITION, A BURNING ODOR WAS PRESENT INSIDE THE VEHICLE COMING FROM THE DRIVER SIDE DUAL CLIMATE CONTROL. THE MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE TEMPERATURE ACTUATOR WAS INOPERABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE CONTACT ALSO INDICATED THAT THE LIFTGATE WOULD NOT OPEN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000.

HAD 80112 MILES WHEN FIRST DONE NOW WHEN HAPPENED WAS2/22/16 THE MILES WERE 109482, WITCH IS ONLY 29370 MILES WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS THIS SHOULD BE FIXED AGAIN BY THEM.

AIR BAGS | 2/26/2016 - WALDRIDGE, OH THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE CURTAIN AIR BAGS DEPLOYED WITHOUT WARNING. IN ADDITION, A WHITE SUBSTANCE EMITTED INTO THE INTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE WHEN THE FAILURE OCCURRED. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE CONTACT WAS NOT INJURED. THE MANUFACTURER INDICATED THAT THERE WAS NO POTENTIAL DEFECT WITH THE PREMATURE AIR BAG DEPLOYMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AT THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE DUE TO THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 127,000.
