THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V582000 (VISIBILITY). THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT PROVIDED THE REMEDY AND PARTS FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO WORK WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE AND WAS UNCERTAIN WHEN THE VEHICLE WOULD BE REPAIRED. THE DEALER MENTIONED MORE THAN TWICE THAT THE PARTS AND REMEDY HAD NOT BEEN SUPPLIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
