WRITER OWNER OF 1995 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO TIRES DETREADED WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH SUGGEST NHTSA INVESTIGATE AND RECALL TIRES MFRD IN FINLAY OHIO. THE CONSUMER TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE MECHANIC, AND AFTER SEVERAL TRIES THEY DIAGNOSED THE OTHER THREE TIRES REMAINING AS HAVING BUMPS ON THEM. THE TIRES WERE OVAL SHAPED AND THEREFORE COULD NOT BE BALANCED.
