UPON STARTING VEHICLE SHAKES VIOLENTLY AND MAKES HORRIBLE NOISES. ALSO, THIS HAPPENS WHILE VEHICLE IS DRIVEN. WHEN THIS HAPPENS, THERE IS A LOSS OF POWER. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM SINCE NOVEMBER OF 1997. VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN REPAIR SHOP 16 TIMES FOR THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION.
