SPEEDOMETER WILL INTERMITTENTLY STOP WORKING AND FREEZE AT 20 MPH. THIS COULD CAUSE THE DRIVER TO DRIVE AT EXCESSIVE AND UNSAFE SPEEDS WITHOUT BEING AWARE. BASED ON AN INTERNET SEARCH THIS APPEARS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM, DUE TO POOR CIRCUIT BOARD SOLDERING, IN CIVICS OVER THE YEARS WITH SAME CIRCUIT BOARD.
