TOOK IT IN FOR REPAIR ON 8/9/10 AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT LOCATE A TSB 05-01-38-012C AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $100 DEDUCTIBLE TO HAVE THE REPAIR COVERED BY MY EXTENDED WARRANTY.
